十一月：(1) 萬佛聖城開光。(2) 千手千眼觀世音菩薩聖像開光典禮。(3) 法界佛教大學開幕。(4) 講述歷九年之法界大經──《華嚴經》全部圓滿。(5) 美籍出家弟子恒實、恒朝兩行者，為祈世界和平，由洛杉磯金輪寺，三步一拜至萬佛聖城，功德圓滿，歷時兩年九個月。

In November, the Venerable Master hosted the following events: (1) Invocation and opening for the City. (2) Inauguration held for the City’s thousand-handed, thousand-eyed Guanshiyin Bodhisattva statue. (3) Opening ceremony for Dharma Realm Buddhist University. (4) Completion of the nine-year lecture series on the Flower Adornment Sutra. (5) Completion of the three steps one bow pilgrimage by American monastic disciples Heng Sure and Heng Chau.
